Edgar A. Benes

Edgar A. Benes was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. Edgar was also a member of the 1987 University of Miami National Championship Football Team. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year.
From 1992-1994, Edgar A. Benes worked with a Solo Practitioner in Boca Raton emphasizing on real estate transactions and commercial litigation. From 1994-1998, he worked for the Boca Raton office of Broad and Cassel where he focused on residential and commercial real estate and lending transactions. Thereafter, Edgar A. Benes worked at the law firm of Mombach Boyle & Hardin in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and presently, Edgar A. Benes operates and manages his Boca Raton-based law firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, Brett Benes is an attorney who is committed to his clients’ needs and who focuses on real estate based transactions. Brett’s focal points range from SBA 7(a) loan, conventional loan, and construction loan closings, buyer and seller representation on purchases and sales of residential and commercial real estate, title insurance, and real estate contract negotiation.
Brett was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. He then went on to attend the University of Charleston (WV) where he was a four-year letterwinner and two-time All-American as a place kicker and punter for the Golden Eagles. He graduated with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science. After his undergraduate years, Brett enrolled at and graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2021. Brett currently resides with his wife Rachel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and enjoys fishing, golfing, boating, and attending South Florida sporting events.
